Ferrea High Performance Valve Kit, BMW M50/M52/S50/S52

The high-performance Ferrea valve kit provides significant benefits for BMW M50/M52/S50/S52 engines. This comprehensive kit includes the reliable and durable Ferrea Competition Plus Valves, which have gained a reputation as the most dependable valves for extreme-duty applications in the industry. To ensure exceptional quality, these valves are manufactured using special aerospace-grade alloys, such as the high tensile strength EV8-Z18. Moreover, an exclusive two-step slow forging process is implemented to promote proper grain flow and minimize any potential damage to the material structure. The valves undergo a critical 48-hour heat treatment and stress-relieving process, which is essential for maintaining their molecular integrity. Additionally, the valves feature avionics-quality hard chrome and a specially applied hard tip.

The standard size for the valves is 6mm, with measurements of 33mm for the intake valves and 30.5mm for the exhaust valves. They are designed with a triple groove valve design and are compatible with the factory valve locks, also known as valve keepers.
