BMW F95 X5M / F96 X6M S68 Downpipes

The RK Autowerks Catless Downpipes for the 2022+ BMW X5M and X6M with the S68 engine are engineered to eliminate exhaust flow restrictions and maximize performance. By removing the factory catalytic converters, these downpipes dramatically reduce backpressure and improve turbocharger efficiency, resulting in faster spool, increased horsepower, and sharper throttle response.

Each downpipe is constructed using mandrel-bent T304 stainless steel tubing with CNC-machined velocity stack flanges at the turbo mounting point. Precision TIG welding and heavy-duty 2-bolt stainless flanges provide durability under extreme temperature and pressure. Stainless steel O2 sensor bungs are mounted in the OEM locations for proper sensor integration and easy installation.

Unlike generic options, RK Autowerks downpipes are designed using advanced 3D scanning and prototyping for exact OEM fitment. These are not universal downpipes—they are engineered specifically for the F95 and F96 S68 platforms.
