Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

5150 Autosport accepts Discover, MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress, PayPal, and Bank Transfer payments.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Maybe. If your order has not shipped yet, we ask that you complete our Help With An Order form as soon as possible. Our sales staff will then be able to review your changes and act accordingly.

If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to recall the package. When you receive your package, you may initiate a return or exchange.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

No, we do not offer any financing or payment plans at this time.

Do you charge sales tax?

Due to recent changes in legislation, states now have the authority to require sales tax on online purchases. Many states have chosen to enforce this, so 5150 AutoSport is now required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to these states.

If you are a business, contact our sales team with your business license and tax-exemption form and they will be able to assist you in placing a tax-exempt order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Most orders will process and ship in 1-3 business days. If there is a problem with your order a member of our sales team will contact you via your provided email address.

What shipping carriers do you use?

5150 currently uses UPS as our default shipping company for all domestic orders. With UPS, you can specify Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air, or Ground. FedEx and USPS services are also available upon special request. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! For international orders, DHL or UPS will be used according to cost, so as to benefit the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If a product needs to be returned for a refund or credit on account, it must be in original sale condition.

All products returned must not have been installed, damaged, or used in any way. Any item returned must be sellable as "new condition." Returned items must be received by 5150 Autosport no later than 30 days of the original invoice. No return will be accepted without a RMA number (Return Authorization Number) on the outside of the package.  Cores must be returned in their original factory packaging for a full refund.

Return of product must be approved prior to sending the product back and accompanied by a copy of your Credit Memo or your return cannot be processed AND WILL BE REFUSED.

Due to the nature of the auto parts business, we must decline all requests to return special order items.

5150 cannot provide returns or credits toward other merchandise or service for special order items. Deposits on Supercharger / Turbocharger kits are non refundable. 

 

How do I start a return or exchange?

Please complete our Help with an Order form. Please include in the form message the item you would like to return as well as your reason for return, so that we are best able to assist you.

Do you charge restocking fees?

Yes, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Absolutely no refund after 30 days of sales date on invoice.

How do I know if a part fits my vehicle?

Yes - our sales team will be able to provide you with a simple yes or no in terms of product fitment. Simply complete our contact form with your question and a member of our sales team will get back to you via email.

Can I get help choosing the right product?

Yes - book a consulting appointment with one of our engine build and technical advisors, who will be able to work with you directly to understand your goals and choose the proper components for your build.

Performance & Custom Services

What performance services does 5150 AutoSport offer?

You name it. 5150 offers a full catalog of performance services, from complete engine builds to performance cylinder heads to crankshaft balancing. Contact our sales team with your needs.

Do you offer custom engine builds?

Yes, we offer complete, custom engine builds. In order to initiate an engine build, you will need to speak with one of our engine build advisors, who will guide you through the process as well as discuss your specific needs with you prior to engine intake.

Can I send my cylinder head or engine components for machining?

Please contact our sales team to arrange intake for your performance machining service. DO NOT SHIP US ANYTHING before you have arranged services and payment with our sales team.

Do you offer wholesale or dealer pricing?

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing to our 5150 Dealers as well as shop pricing for automotive repair shops and online retailers.

How can I apply for a dealer account?

How does your sponsored driver program work?

First of all, we do not offer any free product.
