CP Forged Piston Set, BMW B58 Pro-Xtreme

The 5150 AutoSport Pro-Xtreme Forged Pistons, manufactured by CP-Carrillo, are purpose-built to handle the most demanding high-horsepower and high-RPM applications for BMW B58 engines with 148mm rods. These pistons are crafted from high-strength, aircraft-grade aluminum alloy to reliably withstand the intense forces produced by engines running extreme boost levels.

With a performance ceiling of up to 2000 HP and engine speeds of up to 9500 RPM, these pistons are ideal for turbocharged builds, drag racing, and street/strip applications that push engines to their limits.

Each piston is meticulously designed using computer-aided design (CAD) and finite element analysis (FEA) to optimize strength, reduce weight, and improve thermal management. The Pro-Xtreme Pistons are engineered to handle both high compression ratios and elevated cylinder pressures, ensuring durability and reliability even in the most extreme builds.

Please note, the Pro-Xtreme Piston is engineered to handle up to 2000HP, however, the Standard Wrist Pin can only handle 800-850HP. To exceed 850HP, it is a MUST to use Heavy Duty pins.
