Our Process

Every block starts on our CNC machining centers where each cylinder is machined for the proper interference fit before the sleeves are installed.

From there, we:

• Install each sleeve using precise machining procedures.
• Bore and torque-plate hone every cylinder to your piston manufacturer's specifications.
• Resurface the deck to ensure proper head gasket sealing.
• Clean and inspect all oil and coolant passages before the block leaves our machine
