Rally Road Extreme Duty ZF Transmission Brace, BMW E36 / Z3

Never break another aluminum transmission cross-member again!

Between two different E36 vehicles (Rally Road's off-road rally car and Rally Road's turbocharged E36 sedan), Rally Road has replaced 5 of the factory aluminum transmission cross-members.  One performance shop Rally Road spoke with said they have replaced more than 100 aluminum crossmembers over the years on BMW E36 cars.

Needless to say, when you break a transmission crossmember while at full throttle, it can be a scary experience.

To end this problem once and for all, Rally Road now offers a steel replacement transmission brace to replace the factory aluminum piece found on all E36 cars with the ZF 5-speed manual transmission.

The part is black powder coated for good looks and rust protection. Laser cut, CNC Bent, TIG Welded for factory fit and high strength.
