• Once your order is placed, a member of our sales team will reach out to confirm details and provide an accurate turnaround time. Typical rebuild time is 1–2 weeks from the moment your unit arrives at our shop, although this may vary depending on workload. If lead times are extended, we’ll communicate that clearly before your order is processed
• Print a copy of your order confirmation and include it when shipping your VANOS unit to our engine shop
• Ship your unit using UPS, FedEx, or DHL only, with a valid tracking number. Do NOT use USPS postal service.
• Our team fully disassembles, rebuilds, and tests your unit in-house
• Once completed, it is shipped back to you ready for installation
• You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it’s on its way back to you
