BMW M42 Fuel Rail

The Nuke Performance Fuel Rail for BMW M42 engines delivers modern fueling capability to your classic 4-cylinder setup. Designed for the M42B18 engine (1989–1996), this lightweight CNC-machined aluminum rail supports high-flow fuel delivery and is compatible with Bosch EV14 injectors and AN fuel lines.

Built for performance and safety, the rail features Nuke’s patented Injector Safety Clips, which ensure a secure, leakproof seal—even in extreme pressure or crash conditions. The fuel rail is equipped with AN-8 ORB main ports and an AN-6 ORB side port, offering flexibility for custom fueling setups.

Please note: this M42 fuel rail is delivered without brackets, but features two M6 threaded mounting points to allow for custom bracket fabrication.
