Wisefab Front Drift Angle Kit, BMW F2X / F3X
The Wisefab BMW F-Series angle kit is compatible with various BMW models, including the F20, F21, F22, F30, F31, and F32. The kit includes brackets for fitting M brake calipers. Both M and non-M front coilovers are compatible with Wisefab F-Series knuckles. All metal components of the Wisefab front suspension, such as sheet metal parts, tubes, tube ends, and rod end housings, are made from high-strength steel.
Recommended Alignment Parameters:
Toe in/out: If Ackermann is 0 or negative then toe is 2mm out. If Ackermann is positive then toe is 0
Camber: -4.5 +/-0.5
Caster: 6 +/-0,5
Features:
65 degrees of lock, parallel steering
The steering geometry can be tuned towards either positive or negative Ackermann in just a few minutes, even at trackside, without disrupting the alignment. An Ackermann adjustment kit is included.
Adjustable lock stopper
The one-piece lower control arm design allows for easy caster adjustment. The lower links are replaced with a single arm. When drifting with a higher steering angle, stiffness and packaging can become issues; therefore, a one-piece lower arm is used.
Mounting hardware for E9X hydraulic steering rack
This kit works well with the F-Series steering rack, though many customers prefer to use a fully hydraulic steering rack instead of the electric version. It includes the necessary hardware to mount the E9X steering rack into the F-Series subframe.
Higher roll center (RC)
On the Wisefab knuckle, joints are lowered, raising the front roll center (RC) on a lowered car. This provides higher roll stiffness, allowing the removal of the front anti-roll bar (sway bar), which can be challenging to fit with high lock angles.
Very good camber control and minimal bump steer with high steering angles
On drift cars, dynamic camber and bump steer are much more important than static measurements. With the kinematics of this design, the camber ensures excellent front grip, and bump steer is minimal across the entire range of steering.
Steering jacking control
During drifting, as the steering angle increases, so does the jacking effect, even with the same geometry, which can potentially lead to handling issues. However, we've modified the geometry to mitigate any problems arising from increased jacking, ensuring smooth handling even at extreme steering angles.
Consistent and predictable self-alignment torque
Caster isn't the sole crucial parameter for ensuring sufficient self-alignment torque, particularly at high lock. It's the interplay of various parameters that uphold consistent trail and self-alignment torque. With the Wisefab setup, the steering wheel consistently follows the direction of movement and doesn't become stuck at full lock, thanks to the optimized combination of these factors.
Original wheelspeed sensor (ABS sensor) can be used

Notes:
- This kit assumes coilovers to have enough clearanceย
- Ride height is designed to be ~80mm from front subframe to ground
- Depending on rim width and ET, wider fenders or fender flares may be needed
- Inner wheel wells do not need to be modified with tire diameter up to 635mm (215/45R17, 225/45R17, 235/40R17, 225/40R18, etc)
- Minimum rim diameter is 17โ
- Recommended backspacing is ~135mm (7โ ET45; 8โ ET35; 9โ ET20)
- If ET is smaller, then wheels stay more outwards, if ET is bigger, then spacers will be required
- The kit is designed to ensure that after installation and toe adjustment, it's immediately ready for use
