Renowned as an industry leader for quality connecting rods, the Manley Pro Series Tri-BEAM rods boast a fully machined/billet style. These rods are forged from 4340 vacuum degassed material, well-regarded for its excellence in aerospace applications.

Each rod undergoes meticulous machining at the Manley factory located in Lakewood, NJ, adhering to the most stringent standards. The tapered I-Beam design, complemented by an undercut beam profile, ensures an optimal balance between strength and weight.

The bores maintain perfect roundness without any taper, and the ribbed pin end surround aids in preserving the pin bore's circularity. With cap corners featuring a generous radius and a shallow bolt spotface, the fatigue strength at the crank end is significantly improved.

Torque Specs: 

45 ft/lbs or 0.0058"-0.0062" using ARP lubricant.
