Upgrade your ZF 8HP90 or 8HP95 transmission at home with ATS’s proven performance components—designed to handle higher torque, improve clutch durability, and extend lifespan without the need to send your transmission in. Whether you’re building a powerful street car or prepping for the track, this DIY kit gives you access to the same billet and clutch upgrades ATS uses in-house.

Available in two configurations—Stage 1 and Stage 2—so you can match your build goals:

Stage 1 | Horsepower Rating: 1,200 HP | Torque Rating: 1,000 N·m
Ideal for mild-to-moderate power increases, ATS Stage 1 includes billet aluminum upgrades and enhanced clutch packs to improve torque capacity and reliability.

Upgrades include:

• C Clutch: 1 ATS Apply Plate, 12 Alto G3 Fibers, 12 ATS Steels
• E Clutch: ATS 7075 Billet E Hub, 12 Alto G3 Fibers, 13 ATS Steels
• A Clutch: 7 Alto Fibers, 1 Pressure Plate, 6 ATS Steels, 1 ATS Apply Plate
• B Clutch: 6 Alto Fibers, 1 ATS Apply Plate, 5 ATS Steels
• D Clutch: 6 Alto Fibers, 1 ATS Pressure Plate, 1 ATS Apply Plate, 5 ATS Steels

For aggressive builds with superchargers, big turbos, or dedicated track use, Stage 2 includes billet hubs and higher clutch capacity for serious torque demands.
