S54 ITB Adapter Plate for BMW M54 Engines

Add the iconic S54 ITB and airbox induction system to your M54 engine with the S54 ITB to M54 Adapter. This CNC-machined aluminum adapter plate ensures a precise fit, giving your M54 the airflow benefits of the S54 ITB throttle system.

Kit Includes:

• RRD CNC Aluminum Adapter Plate
• Screws, washers, and O-rings for installation

Optional DBW Actuator Mount:

• Billet 7075 aluminum bracket for mounting the S54 Drive-By-Wire (DBW) actuator to the M50/M52/S50/S52/M54 engine block

Important Installation Notes:

• Swap the M54 oil filter housing with an M50/S50/S52 housing to avoid clearance issues with the throttle position sensor.
• Modify the rear of the S54 throttle position sensor to fit around the VANOS solenoid connector.
