Ferrea High Performance Valve Kit, BMW M40/M42/M43/M44

The high-performance Ferrea valve kit offers numerous advantages for BMW M40/M42/M43/M44 engines. This kit incorporates the renowned Ferrea Competition Plus Valves, which are recognized as the most reliable and durable valves in the industry. These valves are manufactured using special aerospace-grade alloys, such as the high tensile strength EV8-Z18, ensuring exceptional quality. Moreover, a unique two-step slow forging process is employed to enhance grain flow and minimize damage to the material structure. The valves undergo a critical 48-hour heat treatment and stress-relieving process to maintain their molecular integrity. Additionally, they are equipped with avionics-quality hard chrome and a specially applied hard tip.

The standard size for the valves is 6mm, with measurements of 33mm for the intake valves and 30.5mm for the exhaust valves. They feature a triple groove valve design and are compatible with the factory valve locks, also known as valve keepers.
