By signing below, I hereby certify that all information provided to 5150 AutoSport is accurate and truthful to the best of my knowledge. I acknowledge that any presentation of false or incorrect information may result in the revocation of any credit terms granted by 5150 AutoSport, and I agree to pay all associated costs and fees, including but not limited to a 15% APR charge on past due invoices. I understand that the complete terms and conditions can be found on www.5150AutoSport.com and that my signature indicates my understanding and agreement with those terms and conditions.

I further understand that all products sold by 5150 AutoSport, LLC are designated for race only and limited to formally sanctioned racing events. I acknowledge that any use of these products outside of sanctioned racing events may violate local, state, and federal laws, and that it is solely my responsibility to ensure the legality of any product use on public roads.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless 5150 AutoSport, LLC from any suits, claims, losses, costs, and expenses resulting from the installation or use of any product supplied by 5150 AutoSport, any design or construction defect in a product supplied by 5150 AutoSport, or any breach of local, state, or federal laws or standards.

I acknowledge that legal title of products purchased from 5150 AutoSport, LLC passes from the Seller to the Buyer once goods have arrived at 5150 AutoSport's shipping dock, inside its distribution center. I accept responsibility for the goods during delivery.

I understand that sales tax collection responsibility may fall on the Buyer, and I represent that I will direct the distributor to ship product only to states in which the Buyer is registered to collect and remit sales tax. I understand that all sales from the distributor, 5150 AutoSport, LLC, to the Buyer are strictly for resale purposes, and I assume all sales tax liability and responsibility for sales tax collection where applicable within each specific state.

I acknowledge that 5150 AutoSport, LLC must comply with sanctions and export controls, as well as all other applicable laws and government regulations maintained by the United States Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the U.S. Department Bureau of Industry and Security. I agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations governing economic sanctions and export controls, including OFAC sanctions, and agree to not cause 5150 AutoSport, LLC to violate these regulations.

I understand that goods purchased from 5150 AutoSport, LLC may not be used for or on behalf of a party located in any sanctioned countries or regions and are not authorized for any entities or individuals that are restricted under applicable trade sanctions and export compliance laws. I acknowledge that 5150 AutoSport, LLC is partnered with a third-party screening agency engaged in detecting and preventing crime, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, sanctions breaches, bribery, and corruption, and that all Dealers are screened at initial engagement and will be regularly screened thereafter. I understand that 5150 AutoSport, LLC reserves the right to make business decisions based on the information learned through this screening process to remain in compliance.
