Nissan 350z with a proper engine swap S52 Turbo
5150 AutoSport Lebanon x Mainline Dyno: Nissan 350Z Drift Monster Powered by a BMW S52 Turbo Engine
Built by 5150 AutoSport Lebanon | Tested on Mainline Dyno | Powered by 5150 Xtreme Performance
When Asaf and his team came to 5150 AutoSport Lebanon, they weren’t interested in building another typical drift car.
The drift scene is filled with proven combinations — 2JZ swaps, LS swaps, and familiar horsepower formulas. While those platforms have earned their place in motorsport, Asaf wanted to create something different. A build that would stand out, challenge expectations, and prove that the BMW S52 platform belongs in serious competition drifting.
Working together with 5150 AutoSport Lebanon and utilizing the capabilities of Mainline Dyno, the team developed a unique combination: a BMW S52 turbo engine swapped into a Nissan 350Z drift chassis.
The goal was simple — create a reliable, high-power drift engine capable of producing 800–1,000+ WHP while surviving the extreme conditions of competition drifting.
The result is a fully built S52 featuring the complete 5150 AutoSport Xtreme performance package, developed through real-world experience, testing, and motorsport data.
