The VTT Modular PCV / Catch Can for BMW N54 is a ground-up system designed to give the end-user complete control over their valve cover/ PCV set up. This system allows you to run lines any way you want, including complete VTA, oil cap one-way breather, etc. Choose how many or how few you want to run. This option allows you to purchase a ready-to-install kit with all fittings, hoses, check valve, etc for you to bolt on, and go.


Kit Options:

Single Can Stock Valve Cover Stock PCV

- (1) Catch Can
- (1) N54 bracket
- (1) or (2) -10 Low Profile Steel 90 fitting depending on options or banjos
- High side -10 adapter fitting
- Hose from High Side to Can
- Hose from can to Rear inlet (Or Breather)

Single Can Stock Valve Cover External PCV (High side remains stock)

- (1) Catch Can
- (1) N54 bracket
- (2) -10 Low Profile  Steel 90 fitting or banjos
- Low Side -8 adapter fitting
- Vacuum Adapter fitting for Throttle body
- Inline Check Valve
- Hose from Adapter fitting to Can
- Hose from Low Side to Can
- Head Port Block off kit (optional)

Dual Can Stock Valve Cover (External PCV only)

- (2) Catch Cans
- (1) N54 bracket
- (4) -10 Low Profile Steel 90 fitting (or three if the breather is ordered) Or Banjos
- High side -10 adapter fitting
- Low Side -8 adapter fitting
- Hose from High Side to Can
- Hose from High side can to Rear inlet (or breather)
- Vacuum Adapter fitting for Throttle body
- Inline Check Valve
- Hose from Adapter fitting to Can
- Hose from Low Side to Can

Dual Can VTT Modular Valve Cover (External PCV only)

- Two Catch Cans
- One N54 bracket
- Four -10 Low Profile Steel 90 fitting (or three if the breather is ordered for high side) Or Banjos
- Vacuum Adapter fitting for Throttle body
- Two Hoses from Valve Cover to Cans
- Hose from Low side can to Vaccum Adapter fitting
- Hose from High Side can to Rear inlet (or breather)
- Inline Check Valve
- Head port block off kit (optional)

Catch Can Details:

- 100% CNC 6061-T6 Aircraft aluminum construction
- Gives the end user true variety for setting up their Valve Cover and PCV System
- Lower pricing than other non-modular options on the market
- Site glass for easy viewing of when draining is required
- Optional -6 ORB drain cock with fittings for 1/8NPT barb
- Single or dual can fits on the same bracket
- Can be used with Vacuum or VTA


PLEASE NOTE: THESE CATCH CANS DO NOT FIT WITH THE STANDARD COWL IN PLACE WITHOUT MODIFYING THE COWL. THESE ARE FOR VEHICLES THAT RUN WITH THE COWL REMOVED, AND COWL FILTERS SUCH AS BMS.

ALSO NOTE: THE STAINLESS BREATHER WILL NOT FIT ON THE LEFT CAN WHEN USING THE FAB FACTORY MANIFOLD.  IF YOU PLAN ON REMOVING THE STOCK PCV VALVE TO RUN OUR EXTERNAL KIT OUR PCV DELETE FITTING WILL BLOCK THE PASSAGE FROM THE HEAD PORTS. WE SUGGEST YOU BLOCK YOUR HEAD PORTS IF YOU PLAN TO RUN 25+PSI OF BOOST, KIT IS AVAILABLE IN THE DROP DOWNS
